Biodiversity Days

An event in the heart of nature to celebrate biodiversity!
On 10 and 11 May, the Écomusée d'Alsace is putting nature centre stage at the Journées de la Biodiversité. In an unspoilt setting, meet the associations working to protect the environment and take part in their activities: guided tours, hands-on workshops and interactive demonstrations await you for a weekend full of discoveries! The museum's volunteers will share their passions with you: beekeeping, arboriculture, agriculture, basketry... and the storytellers will tell you some great tales!
With its 5,000 listed natural species, the Écomusée d'Alsace is a real example of how to manage natural and tourist areas. In this veritable treasure trove, take advantage of the Forêt des Jeux, an area designed with children in mind, with a barefoot trail, tree houses and swings for all the fun! Several tables are available for picnics!
